Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415 is commonly used in the preparation of PRP (platelet-rich plasma). It rotates at a constant speed of 4000rpm.  Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415 uses centrifugal force to separate the plasma into various layers (PRP layer, red blood cells, white blood cells). Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415 requires 220v (50hz) to operate, and it contains a fixed-angle rotor. To use Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415, open the lid and install the tube support. Fill another set of tubes with similar amount of solution and put them on the opposite side of the device. This helps to stabilize the machine and ensure a smooth spinning movement. For best results, the centrifuge tubes should be securely sealed, and fit tightly in the tube support. Use the soft foam provided if necessary. Set the time and speed using the one-touch switch panel. You may also run the previous program using the memory setting. Press on the start button to begin centrifugation. For complete centrifugation, it is recommended to run the program for five minutes. Before removing the tubes, make sure that the machine has stopped working. If the centrifuge is not working correctly, contact the manufacturer or (an authorized service provider) for assistance. Clean the inside and outside of the device regularly for optimal results. This device is assembled in Italy by Industrie Biomediche e Farmaceutiche, a Scafati -based pharmaceutical company. Prior to using Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2415, read the user’s guide thoroughly.
