    Description:

Plasmolifting PRP gel is a medical device used to prepare autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet gel. Plasmolifting is a cutting-edge therapy involving injections of PRP into human tissues. Being an integral part of the blood clotting process, platelets play a vital role in the regeneration and healing of damaged tissues. Clinically, PRP is used in regenerative medicine to stimulate tissue biostimulation and bioregeneration. This in turn speeds up the healing process. Apart from that, PRP can also be in other fields of medicine, including orthopedics, ophthalmology, and traumatology. After heating, PRP will form a viscous gel called Plasmogel, which can be used in aesthetic medicine to augment lips, mandibular contour, chin and cheekbones, and correct wrinkles.

This innovative formulation is able to provide a higher concentration of platelets (20 percent more than conventional PRP products). It also offers a higher degree of adsorption. Notably, Plasmolifting PRP gel does not affect the plasma components. Part of the Plasmolifting family, Plasmolifting PRP Gel should be used in combination with an incubator (or a thermostat), a centrifuge, luer-lock syringes, needles of 23G and peripheral venous catheters. When preparing autologous PRP, it is recommended to use a fixed-angle centrifuge (e.g. Plasmolifting Centrifuge XC 2000 or XC 2514). PRP preparation and Plasmolifting treatment should be performed by licensed practitioners. This gel is for one time use only and should not be reused. Plasmolifting PRP Gel is made in Italy by Industrie Biomediche e Farmaceutiche.
